Her career with Marriott International included roles as General Manager, Regional Director, and Vice President of Human Resources for North America Lodging Operations.
She was known for her ability to build strong teams, create alignment, and deliver results.
But like many people, her journey with feedback wasn't always easy.
Through both professional experience and personal challenges, Sherry began to see feedback differently. Not as something to fear⦠but as something to understand and use.
The Feedback Code was born from that realization.
Today, her mission is simple: To help people recode their relationship with feedback so they can live, lead, and succeed with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
